Your Year · The 12-month executive health program

Twelve months. Measured end to end.

Four phases, from your first scan to a protocol you can run on your own. Every phase starts with a measure and ends with one.

Before day one

Baseline

  • Brain MRI scan 1
  • 1,700 blood biomarker panel
  • Movement assessment and suite onboarding
Months 1 – 3

Recalibration

  • 5-day neuro-performance protocol begins
  • 2 private sessions a week with Ray
  • Nutrition and sleep set from your data
Month 3 MRI retest
Months 3 – 6

Deep performance

  • Protocols adjusted to your retest results
  • Training load and recovery stack intensified
Months 6 – 12

Mastery

  • The system becomes how you lead
  • Final biomarker retest
  • A self-directed protocol for the years ahead

The proof loop

Two scans. Ninety days apart.

The month-3 MRI runs on the same protocol as your baseline. A radiologist reports both, and your program is adjusted to what the retest shows.

Scan 1 · before day one

Your structural baseline

  • Complete 3D structural neuro-map
  • Volumetric measures, including grey matter
  • Neurological shape and vascular status
Scan 2 · month 3

The side-by-side retest

  • Same scan, same measures
  • Compared directly against your baseline
  • Change is measured, not assumed

How the scans and the light work

We don't ask you to believe. We ask you to come back in 90 days and look.

Honest ground rules

What this is, and what it isn't.

Leaders are rightly sceptical of anything that sounds like a cure. So here are the rules we run by.

01

A performance program, not medical care.

The T×P Method is a performance and wellbeing program. It is not a substitute for medical care, and your healthcare stays with your own doctors.

02

Everyone is screened first.

MRI isn't suitable for everyone, for example people with some implants or pacemakers. Light therapy isn't recommended with active brain bleeds or a history of seizures, and in pregnancy you should speak with your doctor first.

03

Reported by a radiologist.

Brain MRI and pathology are performed by accredited providers. Every scan is reported by a radiologist.

04

Findings go to your doctor.

Any clinically significant finding is reported to you and your doctor for follow-up. Individual results vary.
